Cassandra Monique Batie also known as Andra is an American R&B, soul and singer/songwriter. Her accolades include a Grammy Award as well as an Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. She is also nominated for an Academy Award. Andra Day is a ferocious musician and artist who is not just a throwback R&B specialist her roots in gospel jazz and the blues performed with ease and finesse are passed on to the current. The song was immediately received by DJs who began broadcasting it to the radio. The singer later was signed to Warner Bros. Records and began cooperating with her producer, Adrian Gurvitz to record her debut album Cheers to the Fall (2015). The single "Rise Up" has become a massive anthem within social justice movements. Day was nominated for two Grammys including Best R&B Album. The United States Versus Billie Holiday was her second studio album which was released in 2019. It was an album that was conceptually based on the life of Billie Holiday. Also, she appeared in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film that tells the story of Holiday. Andi Mathichak was born and raised in the US. She first appeared in the movie Halloween as Allyson and was later seen in several television shows including Orange Is the New Black (Orange Is the New Black), 666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue) and Blue Bloods and Orange is the new black. Andi matichak is an American actress who was born 03 May 1994 Framingham in Massachusetts.
